The aim of the project is to radically transform and modernize the whole mining operation value chain by proposing solutions to move towards more selective, more efficient, and smarter mining to allow mining sites to increase productivity, enhance safety, and significantly reduce environmental footprint.
DINAMINE will develop and demonstrate a holistic mine management approach, based on (i) artificial intelligence-based data analytics tools, (ii) machine automation and robotization strategies, (iii) on-site studies to identify best practices for carbon neutral logistics/transportation, more energy-efficient processing, and waste handling and valorization.
