Den KI- og datadrevne økonomien står overfor stadig større utfordringer med å etterleve etiske, regulatoriske, juridiske og organisatoriske krav. Samtidig som det etableres juridiske rammeverk for utvikling og implementering av digitale produkter og tjenester, vil nye lovgivningstiltak som AI Act og Data Act bidra til å gjøre det regulatoriske landskapet mer komplekst. Dette skaper et behov for nye tekniske tilnærminger til håndtering og etterlevelse i KI- og datadrevne operasjoner.

I dette seminaret, støttet av det europeiske forsknings- og innovasjonsprosjektet DataPact i samarbeid med Big Data Value Association (BDVA), vil vi belyse det regulatoriske landskapet i Europa og Norge og diskutere utfordringer på tvers av ulike bransjer. Vi vil undersøke teknologiens rolle og utforske nye, forskningsbaserte tilnærminger til "Compliance-by-Design" for KI og datadrift.
