Senior research scientist with research interests in hybrid threats, information war, intelligence and counterintelligence, insider threat and cybercrime. Høiby holds a PhD in information sciences from OsloMet and has many years of research experience from international projects. She previously worked as an ass. professor in journalism and media studies and has guest lectured at the UN mandated university. She is a contracted media safety specialist in various countries in conflict.
