Human performance and safety in Arctic environments

The Arctic environment is exotic, cold, dark, isolated and remote, with a lack of infrastructure common in many other areas of the world. This report gives an overview of theoretical and applied knowledge on how humans may react and master challenging situations and environme ~tal aspects in the Arctic. The report is written with the intent to be used by students and practitioners at Svalbard in a master's programme at UNIS.
