A logistic decision support tool for optimization of vessel routing and maintenance scheduling.
An optimization model for daily scheduling of maintenance operations in an offshore wind park will reduce cost by optimizing which maintenance task to perform when and in which order and with which ships and personnel.
These types of advanced decision support system will push the industry from an ad hoc planning process to more structured, reliable and informed decision processes.
Further development will be depending on industry interest. We are currently looking into this.
