Mass spectrometry - Advanced research-based analyses

We perform research-based mass spectrometric (MS) and high-throughput (HTS) analyses for SINTEF, academia and industry.

Contact person

We have high-end infrastructure within most MS modalities (GC-MS, LC-MS, LC-MS-MS-QQQ, including FT-ICR, FFF/ICP-MS-MS) and employees with extensive MS/HTS experience. Our analytical R&D is within several areas; biotechnology, metabolomics, protein profiling, virus studies, food/feed/nutrients, bioprocess development and optimization, bioprospecting for novel bioactive compounds, chemical process development (CO2 capture/amine chemistry), oil and petrochemicals (EOR and ultrasensitive tracer analysis), advanced water analysis (NOM, emergent chemicals) and nanoparticle characterization.
