Abstract
The application areas of the mixed technologies developed in the MicroBuilder project are explained by means of three examples: A micromachined flow sensor module an in-vivo brain pressure sensor Piezo-electric thinfilms for actuation of MEMS Special attention was given to application of these technologies for drug-delivery devices.
