Investigating the role of energy behavior in the low carbon transition with agent-based models

Abstract

The presentation is a part of the Behaviour project in which we investigate the role of energy behaviour in the low-carbon transition. Specifically, we investigate how Energy System Modeling (ESM) and Agent-Based Modelling (ABM) can be integrated effectively. The developed methodologies will be assessed in use cases addressing building insulation efficiency and transport mode shift.
