Food co-streams for innovative food and feed products.

Abstract

Three types of analytical methods currently used in the practice of analytical laboratories
for quality control and food safety - local, regional and international. The quality of products intended
for export to other countries is determined by the regional and international practices. This report
summarizes the international methods used by the National Center for Quality Control and Food Safety
Republican Unitary Enterprise “Scientific and Practical Center for Foodstuffs of the National Academy of
Sciences of Belarus”
