Abstract
Understanding CO2 flow dynamics in pipes and injection wells is critical for ensuring safe and efficient transport and injection. High-quality experimental data are essential for validating and developing accurate models that predict CO₂ behavior under varying conditions, supporting the design and operation of these systems. In this work, we present experiments conducted at the DeFACTO (Demonstration of Flow Assurance for CO₂ Transport Operations) facility, along with comparison to calculations by an in-house flow solver.
