Francesco Finotti is Research Director for Energy Transition at SINTEF Energy Research and Director of CCS Innovation. He has more than 15 years of experience across energy, R&D and industry, with a strong focus on carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS), energy transition and industrial decarbonisation. He works at the intersection of technology, strategy and business development, helping move low-carbon solutions from research toward commercial deployment.

M.Sc. in Energy Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, with a strong technical foundation in energy systems, industrial processes and low-carbon technologies.
