Regrettably we must announce that this year's European Lean Educators Conference will not take place as planned in Trondheim, Norway. This is a result of the challenging and uncertain conditions presented by the current COVID-19 pandemic. Instead, the local organizing committee have opted to host the conference in Trondheim in Autumn 2021.
In the meantime, we would like to thank those of you who have already submitted abstracts to ELEC2020. The international ELEC committee are currently investigating opportunities for running ELEC2020 as a virtual event. More details will be presented in due course.

We are delighted to invite you to ELEC2020 – The Seventh European Lean Educator Conference, 26-28th October 2020 in Trondheim, Norway.
This year’s conference theme is: Learning in the age of digitalization. We really hope you will be able to join us and share your thoughts, experience and insights in teaching and learning lean thinking!
The European Lean Educator Conference is dedicated to fostering knowledge exchange within academia as well as between academic institutions and industry, which we believe is especially important. As such, ELEC2020 provides a platform for professors, teachers, trainers and coaches from academia, industry and public sector organizations to share their knowledge and experiences and learn from one another.
ELEC conferences distinguish lean thinking as a broad management and operations improvement philosophy, fully grounded in science and supported by a continually growing set of methods, techniques and tools. All participants are sure to take home practical lessons-learned from one another.
We welcome you to Trondheim in October!
