Norwegian success stories from EU’s Innovation Fund

In 2023, a total of 5.8 billion NOK was assigned to Norwegian innovation projects through EU´s Innovation Fund. How can we continue the uptake of industrial innovations and green technologies?

In the EU, polluters must pay for their greenhouse gas emissions via the Emissions Trading System (ETS). The money raised through the ETS is reinvested into the Innovation Fund (IF): one of the world’s largest funding programs for innovative low-carbon technologies.

Hear Vianodeand Nordic Electrofuelshare experiences from their successful ETS-IF proposal processes. Furthermore, SINTEF will present a new EU-project, 2DPLOY, developing best practices and support for ETS-IF proposals.
