Competence and research areas
Pål conducts research on organizational learning and the development of business ecosystems. His work often takes its starting point in concrete events, such as unwanted incidents, and examines how organizations learn from a sociotechnical perspective. His research is characterized by a practical and interdisciplinary approach, where the interaction between industry, public authorities, and the voluntary sector plays a central role.
