I am a researcher specializing in human-centred design. Currently, I mainly work on projects in the healthcare domain with new technologies such as Conversational Agent(eg. ChatGPT) and AR, VR.
- M.Sc. in Interaction Design: the main areas of the study are usability and human factors, human-centred design and information architecture.
