Researches the practical and theoretical aspects of service research and user modelling within healthcare, retail, the public sector, and digital services. Combines qualitative and quantitative data with visualization and process analysis. Develops workshops where users participate in the development, prototyping, and evaluation of digital systems.
Responsible for CJML, a modelling language for user journeys and patient pathways. Enjoys turning research into tools that others can use.
