Abstract
Cooling and heating are two sides of the same coin – both are essential parts of a modern society. Whether for comfort cooling in buildings, food storage and preservation, vaccine storage, or heating through heat pumps, these technologies are central both for climate adaptation and emission reductions. With rising global temperatures and growing demand for thermal comfort and food security, we must invest in solutions that are energy-efficient, climate-friendly, and safe for the future.
