The project goal is to provide new and important knowledge of cooperative and communicative structures between the multilevel collaborating parties working together on several areas, among them the IA Agreement and the Job Strategy.

The project aims to give insights into the ability of the authorities and committed parties to contribute to a more effective implementation of the IA Agreement, as well as into the Job Strategy for people with impaired work capacity. This will be done through studies of cooperation, communication and work methods among these involved parties:

  • NAV at the local level
  • Physician
  • Occupational Health Service
  • Employer
  • NAV Working Life Centre
  • Employee

The paramount objective is to develop knowledge based measures to improve collaboration between different parties

  • Secondary goal 1: Procure knowledge of how each individual actor cooperate and communicate with all the other actors (incentives, priorities and effect).
  • Secondary goal 2: Shed light on possible improvements to be done to the current system, suggest measures.

NAV, employers, employees, physicians, Occupational Health Services and central authorities.
