Large construction machinery can also be operated emission-free and in an environmentally friendly way. The project wanted to contribute to a technology shift in the construction industry that will be a significant contributor to Norway meeting its climate targets.

The project consisted of six work packages:

  • WP1: Technology selection
  • WP2: Power system
  • WP3: Conversion process
  • WP4: Energy infrastructure
  • WP5: Construction site planning
  • WP6: Demonstration and dissemination
