28 - 31 May 2006: 7th IIR Gustav Lorentzen Conference on Natural Working Fluids
The idea being the basis for the first CO2 patents from SINTEF and NTNU was conceived by Professor Gustav Lorentzen (1915-95). The International Institute of Refrigeration named a biennial conference after Professor Lorentzen.
In the end of May 2006 this conference – ”7th IIR - Gustav Lorentzen Conference on Natural Working Fluids” – will be held in Trondheim.
The conference series that started in 1994 has been vital for the development of CO2 technology. About 50 % of the presentations during the last conferences have been on topics related to CO2.
The conference gathers people from industry, universities and research institutes all over the world.
