Numerical modelling of CO2 storage
For more than a decade, SINTEF Digital has developed methods for mathematical modelling and risk analysis of CO2 storage operations. We focus on the impact of geological uncertainty on risk assessment and on development of fast simulation tools to model the long-term fate of CO2 injected into large-scale aquifer systems.
