This one hour workshop finalises the BaltHub project.
We argue that offshore energy hubs are a cost-effective solution for driving green transition in the Baltic Sea countries. They allow tapping into the high wind areas of the Baltic Sea, while interconnecting the power systems of the surrounding countries. Opportunities and uncertainties related to the development of offshore energy hubs and related meshed grid in energy system scenarios towards 2050 are discussed.
Please share the invite to others who may be interested to hear the BaltHub project results.
This workshop is organised in colloboration with NorthWind.
