Functional Metagenomics 2022 (FMG2022) is the 5th International Functional Metagenomics conference covering several aspects of the functional metagenomics field. https://uwaterloo.ca/functional-metagenomics/
With the pandemic still keeping us on our toes, we know many of you were unable to attend FMG2022 in person. We have created a program in which all of the lecture content will take place on Tuesday, allowing us to stream it in a zoom webinar for you as well. A program can be found here which will be kept up to date with any last minute additions: https://uwaterloo.ca/functional-metagenomics/virtual-attendance
The seminar will open at 9:00 AM (Eastern Time (US/Canada) on Tuesday May 24. and remain open through the keynote and three sessions. During breaks in the in person agenda, the conference logo will be displayed with no audio as a placeholder, feel free to leave the stream and re-join it at the time specified for the next session.
In particular, do not miss our keynote lecture:
Keynote lecture (15:00h CET) – Dr Jo Handelsman "Functional Metagenomics to Explore Antibiotic Resistance"
The full programme can be found here (all times given in Eastern Standard Time EST = CET-6h): https://uwaterloo.ca/functional-metagenomics/sites/ca.functional-metagenomics/files/uploads/files/virtual_program_2.pdf
The virtual contents of the conference will also be recorded and available on this event page after the live event.
