Competence and research areas
My primary research focuses on solid-state electrochemistry applying to materials development for high-temperature proton conducting fuel cells, molten carbonate fuel cells, gas separation membranes, and energy storage devices. Topics include mixed-conducting electrodes, electrode microstructure design, ionic conducting electrolytes, fundamental electrochemical transport properties of ionic and electronic conducting materials, and asymmetric gas separation membranes.
