My research bridges sectors and disciplines to address complex global challenges associated with the energy transition. I focus on land use and designing solar parks for improved environmental and ecological sustainability, while benefiting communities and businesses. Currently I manage an agrivoltaics project in Norway and collaborate on initiatives across Europe. Previously I led research on agrivoltaics in East Africa, solar parks in the UK, and solar-heated septic tanks in Southeast Asia.
