Educated in chemistry, specialising in materials technology. Has worked with a broad range of building materials at SINTEF since 2016, with a particular focus on durability and service life assessment. Has managed larger multidisciplinary research projects on e.g. insulation materials, aluminium-reinforced concrete and building products containing recycled plastics. More recently, has become increasingly involved in the reuse of building materials, particularly through the project Vendom.
