Kelly is a senior researcher at the Mobility Department at SINTEF Community. She has a broad competence in transport and mobility with a focus on creating evidence-based and data-driven knowledge to provide a good decision-making basis for further development of sustainable policy and practice within the transport sector. Kelly has previously worked in the academic sector as a Professor at both NTNU and OsloMet.
