Ottar Bakås is a Senior Research Scientist at SINTEF Digital’s Department of Technology Management. He holds an MSc from NTNU (2004), where he is currently pursuing a PhD . He works closely with industrial partners, focusing on innovation, productivity, digitalization, Industry 5.0, and continuous improvement. Through innovation projects, he contributes to strengthening companies’ competitiveness in response to increasing demands for sustainability, value creation, and transformation.
