The CRIOP methodology step by step - state precondition for study

It is important to organize the project as good as possible, e.g. find key stakeholders and a good distribution of responsibility, so that the project has a clear structure.

Another aim of this section is to verify that the CRIOP methodology is the appropriate solution for the specific project. There are other tools that can be used; maybe CRIOP isn’t best suited! There is no point in carrying out a CRIOP analysis, if it doesn’t meet the requirements.

The output of this section will be:

  • Key stakeholders
  • Scope of work and Budget
  • Guidelines for conflict resolution
