The staff works for a customer and service oriented model with natural overlap between the areas to ensure efficient operation and good redundancy. Specialist areas shall ensure that the department works in accordance with applicable rules and procedures (CONTROL) that the departments receive service delivery in accordance with their needs (DELIVERIES), and that the institute continuously has adequate decision support (CONTROLS).
