Abstract
With agile development methods, many teams have adopted the practice of regularly assessing own work and identifying improvement opportunities. Some refer to retrospectives as the most important practice. However, many teams struggle with the learning outcome of retrospectives. This talk will focus on common challenges in retrospectives and provide suggestions on how these challenges can be remedied.
