MIKON-AEN – PAH metabolites in gallbladder bile from polar cod - Samples from polar cod experiments at University of Tromsø winter 2018-2019 - OC2019 A-130

For the MIKON Polar Cod experiments, SINTEF Ocean has provided sample handling protocol recommendations, extraction, and analysis of two PAH metabolites in bile from polar cod (females and males) exposed to crude oil in the water phase, with a combination of two diet regimes (low and high).
