Abstract
This is the final report describing the publishable execution of the project. The report briefly presents the project background and major objectives including the scientific and technological objectives. The partners in the consortium are described and their major work performed in the project. The results obtained and achievements to current state-of-the-art are aslo described. The last chapter presents publishable results from the project.
