Abstract
This report summarizes achievements and findings made in the Crystalline Silicon Solar Cells – Cost Reduction KMB project. Through integrated research efforts at SINTEF, NTNU, and IFE, the following results were obtained in the areas of multicrystalline Si casting, furnace modelling, materials characterization, and solar cell processing:2 PhD students are completing their theses as the project is closingFive journal papers have been published.
