Abstract
The measurements of net structures described in this report are a part of the project: 3D net movement and mooring of fish cage structures (in Norwegian: “3-dimensjonale notbevegelser og forankringslodd for havbrukskonstruksjoner.The scope of this project is to develop a numerical model for full 3D dynamic simulation of a net structure exposed to waves and current. In order to validate this numerical model an experimental study of net structures was carried out during week 40, 2002, at the North Sea Centre Flume Tank in Hirtshals, Denmark.
