Social software for co-creation in Living Labs - lessons learnt

In this report we summarize the results from our work on requirements and design of social software for co-creation in Living Labs, conducted within the SociaLL project.Social design feedback is proposed as an approach to utilize social software for such co-creation. We discuss tools for social design feedback. Tools to be used within this approach are discussed. In particular, we describe and discuss the RECORD Living Lab tool, for which new designs and functionality have been developed within SociaLL. Furthermore, we present two case studies that provide insight in the kind of feedback that is generated in social design feedback studies, as well as lessons learnt concerning the design of tools for social design feedback.
