Abstract
The contributions of stakeholders from both public and private sectors, as well as citizens and non-profit organizations, are necessary to ensure the success of urban development projects for the Clean Energy Transition (CET). The involvement of a diverse constellation of stakeholders for re-designing energy systems in cities require leadership roles for enabling an efficient collaboration. Leadership roles affect the co-creation process of Positive Energy Districts (PED), therefore PED projects may benefit by knowing the relation between leadership roles and dynamics among stakeholders.
