Red-ID: Enabling granular catch taxonomy for redfishes, argentines and skates​

Today’s catch registration taxonomy is insufficient for tomorrow’s stock assessment models for redfishes, argentines, and skates. These are three species complexes with different challenges which can be addressed through automated catch registration systems. We will present these challenges and how we plan to address them through the Red-ID initiative.
