Abstract
This memo comprises schemas for the 29 Safety Requirement Specification (SRS) requirements from IEC 61511 and the five additional SRS requirements established in the project APOS 1.0 based on today’s industry practise. A map describes which terms are included in a requirement and how the identified terms are related. Each of the requirements and schemas have been thoroughly discussed in APOS workshops with representatives from relevant stakeholders such as operators, vendors, engineering companies, consultants, and researchers, to align with both the standard and the industry practice.
