Abstract
A series of meetings tied to the state visit of King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium to Norway brought Belgian and Norwegian offshore wind researchers together to discuss closer cooperation, including the long-standing idea of a European Centre of Excellence on offshore wind energy.
