INCLUCity+ – Youth and Logistics Integration in the 15-Minute City

The overarching objective of INCLUCity+ is to support the development of the 15 minute city (15mC) that equitably integrates the diverse needs of logistics operations and children/teenagers, while addressing socio-spatial inequalities.

By reimagining how public space and transport modes are shared and utilized, INCLUCity+ seeks to reconcile the demands of urban mobility, logistics, and dynamic public life, fostering safer, more just, and sustainable urban environments that enhance quality of life and operational efficiency.

To do so, the project focuses on five core objectives:

  1. Identifying and mapping stakeholders’ needs
  2. Adapting 15mC mobility planning to better support children, teens and vulnerable groups
  3. Incorporating logistics into urban planning processes
  4. Integrating mobility and logistics within multifunctional spaces in the 15mC
  5. Developing adaptable policies for 15mCs across different European cities

The SINTEF team lead the overall project, the Norwegian case and WP1 Stakeholder Ecologies and User-Centric Needs Assessment.
