Smart Grid Laboratory
NTNU and SINTEF have built a new National Smart Grid Laboratory in Trondheim with funding from the Research Council of Norway in cooperation with the Artic University of Norway and Smart Innovation Østfold.
Laboratories
All our labs have designated contact persons. SINTEF builds and operates important research infrastructure and we have over 100 laboratories that form the basis for our research. From zero-emission buildings, to ocean basins, nano, CO2, electrical engineering and full-scale aquaculture sites - world-leading laboratories, from ocean space to outer space.
Thermochemical biomass conversion laboratories
SINTEF performs experimental research on thermochemical biomass conversion using laboratory units in the range from bench- to semi-pilot scale.
