From 2013 to 2024 I was a professor in Industrial Economics at NTNU, mainly working on energy systems; from smart neighborhoods to global markets. In the past, I have worked in consultancy, for companies in the logistics, finance and energy sectors, and with the Energy Research Center of the Netherlands (now part of TNO). I am an adjunct professor with the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH in Bergen) where I teach courses related to Energy and Sustainability.
