Marta Aandahl

I am an HR Advisor at SINTEF Ocean, working with recruitment, onboarding, leadership support, work environment, and employee follow-up. I also design and facilitate workshops on team and leadership development. With a background in Organizational Psychology, I am particularly interested in what helps people and teams thrive at work.

Education

Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, with a master’s thesis on occupational stress, the Job Demand-Control-Support model, and the role of social support as a buffer against stress.
