Inger Beate Standal

Inger Beate Standal is a Senior Research Scientist at SINTEF Ocean in Trondheim, Norway. She holds a PhD in biotechnology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and has over 20 years of experience in research and development within the fisheries and aquaculture sector. Her work focuses on sustainable utilization of marine raw materials, development of alternative feed ingredients, processing of low-trophic organisms, and preservation of quality to final products.
