Håvard Hem Toftevaag is a researcher in integrated photonics in the Micro optics group at SINTEF. His expertise spans photonic integrated circuits, reconfigurable and programmable photonics, and novel materials. He combines hands-on device development with simulation and machine-learning approaches to develop new photonic technologies for sensing, computing and advanced microsystems.
