Guillermina is a Research Scientist at the Department of Infrastructure. She is an Architect with a PhD in Civil Engineering. Her technical and research expertise has contributed to a broad portfolio of Norwegian- and EU-funded R&D projects, spanning Resilience Engineering & Safety, Lean construction, low-carbon and concrete technologies, Greenhouse gas accounting, Digitalization, Automation & Robotics in construction.

Expertise in design, planning & control of construction projects. Top expertise in Health, Safety & Environment, Resilience Engineering, Lean construction, and Sustainability practices. Competence in Research & Development projects. Her doctoral research focused on developing and evaluating new frameworks for measuring performance in construction, based on Resilience Engineering.
