Daniel Thilo Schroeder is a Research Scientist in SINTEF Digital’s Smart Data group. He studies scalable data systems and AI-enabled manipulation of online debate, developing methods to measure and simulate disinformation campaigns and coordinated AI agents. His work also spans large-scale graph processing, trustworthy AI, and data infrastructure for marine and environmental applications.

Daniel Schroder studied computer science, earning a Bachelor's at Technische Universität Berlin (2010-2015) and Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2013-2015), followed by a Master's (2015-2017, grade 1.0) and Doctorate (2018-2022) at Technische Universität Berlin.
