Senior advisor in the Regional Sustainability and Bioeconomy group at SINTEF Digital, based in Steinkjer. Works on issues at the intersection of the public sector, bioeconomy, and regional development. Brings practical experience from farming and forestry, and has an extensive network in bio-based industries and public administration in Central and Northern Norway. Research interests include food security, land use, and sustainable transitions in the bioeconomy.
Education
Educational background in natural resource management, with a Bachelor's degree in Forestry (Nord University, formerly Nord-Trøndelag University College), a Cand.polit. (equivalent to MSc) in Education from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), and a Master of Public Administration from Copenhagen Business School in collaboration with Nord University. Also has a background in ecological agronomy.
