Elina Søråsen

I work as a Senior Advisor for Customer Value at SINTEF, where I help researchers and leaders translate customer insights into innovation, new collaboration opportunities, and greater societal impact. My background spans technology, product development, entrepreneurship, and commercialization, including roles as a founder, CEO, and Product Director. I am passionate about building bridges between research, industry, and societal needs.

Education

I hold an MSc in Environmental Engineering and Technology Management from Lund University, Sweden. My academic background is complemented by professional training in entrepreneurship, innovation, agile product development, and digital service development, including programmes at Schibsted Brand Academy, Scrum Alliance, and Silicon Valley.
